By using the Web as a tool to assist both those in the city and others who are intending to arrive here, Staylazy.ca is about students helping students enjoy one of the greatest cities in the world.
We are looking for motivated, active individuals who want to explore the city and meet other Montrealers. Is This You?
Editor in Chief
As director of the StayLazy site, I see to it that each individual part contributes to one amazing whole. By providing guidance and an organized plan for the team, I am responsible for unifying our efforts in all areas of the StayLazy experience into an accessible, reliable, and entertaining one-stop spot for students. I am talented, visionary and great at communicating with my team members. I can handle looming deadlines and emergency situations in stride, and see difficulties as mere challenges to be overcome.
I am in charge of directing StayLazy's overall marketing and strategic planning programs, ensuring that the design, implementation and development of the team's marketing strategies meet with success. Organized, creative and driven, I guide the marketing team in both promoting the StayLazy experience and delivering excellent customer service. I have an eye for design, possess great communication skills, and am constantly in touch with my team.
My job is to identify new markets and business opportunities for StayLazy. I am confident, motivated and skilled at communicating, which is extremely important for maintaining relationships with clients, gathering market and customer information and negotiating terms. I drive my own vehicle and find interacting with people extremely stimulating.
I am excited to contribute and coordinate writing for the StayLazy blog and website. With a great grasp of the English language, I can convey ideas in an eloquent and fun style. One of my tasks is to make sure the StayLazy listings are legitimate for the site. I am in touch with student tastes and think that the Student Choice Awards are a great way of hearing what they have to say about places and people in Montreal. I have talent, energy and an unstoppable desire to promote student culture and lifestyles.
With a great understanding of the principles of photography, I am confident I can take beautiful photos, cull the best from submissions, and find the perfect place for them on both the StayLazy blog and main page. I can work well under pressure, enjoy collaborating with others, and find room for creativity in any endeavour.
My job is to oversee the logistics of the entire StayLazy team. This means being in charge of scheduling appointments, knowing which crew is where and who to send to a specific location. My phone is always in hand, my computer at my fingertips. I thrive on communication and the challenge of working with an energetic group of people that might just need some direction in getting from point A to B.
We are a team of hardworking, dedicated people who see grass and earth as a blank canvas upon which to work our magic. We own our own tools and like to do the job right. We do not all necessarily have many years of experience, but we are confident in our talents and abilities.
When I look at a room, I see a place of great possibilities. I love working with colour, paint, lighting, furniture and plants to create the ultimate indoor looks. Highly creative, organized and efficient, I approach challenging rooms with confidence, knowing that I have just what it takes to bring about a room's aesthetic expression.

I love having a flexible schedule and working outdoors. I drive my own bike or car and make sure that I am able to do the job quickly and efficiently.
The idea of creating and overseeing an online store for StayLazy thrills me, as I am familiar with eBay and know how to sell a product. I own a camera, can organize the transfer of goods and money, and would love to head a project that caters to students.
